Job Description
To manage early phase clinical studies in a hospital based Clinical Unit. Responsible for managing the conduct of studies to the highest safety and quality standards, in accordance with the study protocol, local procedures, organisational policies and within applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Duties
Accountable for managing Nurse and Technician led study activities and for scheduling appropriate levels of staff cover as dictated by safety requirements, SOPs, collective study activities and relevant regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
Degree in Nursing, Biological or Human Sciences. Experience at a senior level, including responsibility for managing a team. Experience of working within a clinical research environment.
